What TibaClick is
TibaClick is a booking marketplace that connects patients with independently licensed doctors, nurses and physiotherapists — either working individually or employed by a registered hospital, clinic or pharmacy — for scheduled home visits. TibaClick verifies credentials and facilitates the booking and payment; it does not itself employ clinicians or provide medical care.
Not an emergency service
TibaClick is for scheduled, non-emergency home visits. If you or someone with you is experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital — do not wait for a TibaClick booking.
For patients
- You can pay by mobile money in advance or on arrival, as agreed at booking.
- Prices shown are indicative until the provider or facility confirms the final price for your visit.
- You can cancel a booking; a facility or provider may apply a cancellation policy closer to the visit time.
For providers and facilities
- You must hold a genuine, current professional licence or facility registration to join, and keep it current.
- You are responsible for the clinical care you provide; TibaClick is the booking and verification layer, not your employer or medical indemnifier.
- TibaClick may suspend or reject an account whose licence, identity or facility documents cannot be verified.
- Platform commission on facility bookings is disclosed at onboarding.
